Pamella De Armas is the founder of Silicon Beach Insurance Services, a boutique independent agency specializing exclusively in community association insurance throughout California.

With over 35 years of executive business experience and more than two decades focused in the insurance industry, Pamella has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic, compliant insurance solutions tailored to community associations. Her expertise is particularly valuable in today’s evolving market, where carriers are tightening underwriting, increasing premiums, and limiting capacity.

Pamella works closely with Boards and Community Managers to navigate these challenges, ensuring insurance programs align with governing documents, California Civil Code, and Federal Lending Guidelines, while also protecting the long-term financial stability of the association.

Industry Involvement

Pamella is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has been involved with both the Greater Los Angeles Chapter (CAI-GLAC) and the Channel Islands Chapter (CAI-CIC).

She previously served on the CAI-GLAC Board of Directors and continues to stay engaged by attending industry events and educational programs.
